Effective Date: April 8, 2025

Last Updated: April 8, 2025

Resilient Privacy Inc. ("Resilient Privacy," "we," "our," or "us") is a Delaware C Corporation committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers, users, and partners. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you interact with our products, services, and website, including the AEGIS platform.

By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you register for an account or request a demo, purchase or subscribe to our services, contact us for support or sales inquiries, or fill out forms, surveys, or onboarding materials.

This may include your name, job title, company name, email address, phone number, billing and payment information, and any other details you choose to share.

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you use our platform or website, we may automatically collect device and network information (IP address, browser type, operating system), usage data (pages visited, features accessed, session duration), log data (access times, error logs, referral URLs), and endpoint telemetry and IT environment metadata collected via the AEGIS platform for service delivery.

This data is collected to operate, maintain, and improve our services — not to profile individuals for advertising.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from identity and single sign-on (SSO) providers you configure, payment processors and billing platforms, integration partners and third-party IT management tools, and publicly available sources relevant to cybersecurity research and threat intelligence.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to deliver, operate, and improve the AEGIS platform and related services; process transactions and manage your account; provide customer support and respond to inquiries; send service-related communications such as security alerts, product updates, and billing notices; conduct security research and threat intelligence activities; comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements; and detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

We do not use your information for behavioral advertising or sell it to data brokers. We do not access customer-managed data (e.g., endpoint or incident data processed on your behalf) except to deliver or troubleshoot our services at your request.

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 Service Providers

We may share your information with trusted third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud infrastructure, payment processing, customer support tooling, and analytics. These vendors are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to deliver services on our behalf.

3.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, property, or safety — including that of Resilient Privacy, our customers, or the public. If we receive a legal demand for customer data, we will notify you promptly unless prohibited by law, and we will challenge requests we consider overbroad or unlawful.

3.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, divestiture, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity. You will be notified of any such change and any choices available to you.

3.4 With Your Consent

We may share your information for other purposes with your explicit consent.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When there is no longer a legitimate business reason to retain your data, we will securely delete or anonymize it. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before being purged.

5. Data Security

As a cybersecurity company, data security is fundamental to everything we build. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we process. This includes encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments.

No system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights or interests, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to enable core functionality (strictly necessary cookies) and analyze site usage and improve user experience (analytics cookies).

We do not use cookies for cross-site behavioral advertising. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or our cookie preference tool, where available. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.

7. SMS Communications

If you provide your mobile number, you may opt in to receive SMS messages from Resilient Privacy for service notifications and product updates. Standard message and data rates apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at privacy@resilientprivacy.com. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
