Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Resilient Privacy's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Service Description
Resilient Privacy provides enterprise-grade cyber security solutions including SOC as a Service, VAPT, Incident Response, Remote NOC, compliance consulting, cloud security, and AI-powered security services. We also offer our Aegis platform for unified IT operations management.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your systems and infrastructure
- Maintain appropriate access controls and credentials
- Notify us immediately of any security incidents or breaches
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
Service Level Agreement
Our services are provided with 24/7 monitoring and support. Specific response times and availability guarantees are detailed in your individual service agreement. We maintain 99.9% uptime for our monitoring and detection systems.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our services, including software, documentation, and methodologies, remain the exclusive property of Resilient Privacy. Clients receive a limited license to use our services as specified in their agreement.
Limitation of Liability
While we maintain comprehensive cyber insurance and employ best-in-class security measures, Resilient Privacy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Resilient Privacy reserves the right to immediately suspend services if client actions pose a security risk or violate these terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
